• 18V cordless 3/8" angle wrench powered by an 18V LXT Li-Ion battery and developed for fastening tasks in assembly lines.
• The working area has been expanded with an increased range of the rotation speed and tightening torque from previous model DFL403F.
• The visibility for the operator has been improved by positioning the indicator lamp in a ring shape at the tip of the tool and enlarging the lamp.
• Maneuverability has been improved by the compact design and by revising the mechanical parts of the previous DFL403F series, resulting in a shortened overall length.
• The durability has been improved by switching the clutch detection from a contact-type using a microswitch to a non-contact type using a Hall sensor.
• Takt time has been reduced by increasing the maximum rotation speed.
• Compatible with Poka-yoke (error-proofing) system (The module can be built into the tool body.)

• The LED blinks when it is time to carry out maintenance.
• Auto-stop system:  Indication lamp and beeper warn assembly worker visually and audibly of battery power reduction. If battery power reduces further, the motor automatically stops to minimize incomplete fastening.
