• 18V LXT 2" to 3-1/2" Framing Nailer, Round-Head
• Capable of driving nails up to 3-1/2" with a feel similar to using a pneumatic nailer
• Uses an air spring mechanism. The purpose built genuine Makita brushless motor accelerates the compression of the air spring, allowing nails up to 3-1/2" to be driven with a responsiveness similar to that of a pneumatic nailer, compared to gas combustion or flywheel types.
• Operation modes are selectable from full sequential actuation mode (for single nailing) to contact actuation mode (for continuous nailing)
• Single LED job light with preglow and afterglow functions
• Driving depth is adjustable with the dial
• Anti-slip nose tip designed with a shape that resists slipping when driving nails at an angle
• Window for checking remaining nail quantity
• Anti-dry fire mechanism is activated before the number of remaining nails reaches zero, avoiding missed shots.
• Utilizes unique hooks that can be attached to the left and right sides for various work applications.
• The rafter hook can be attached to the opposite side of the belt hook. The width of the hook portion is 2-1/2" which allows for hooking on ladders, scaffolding, and 3x timbers.
