Hazard: Fuel leakage may occur due to the breakage of an outlet nipple on the fuel tank for our portable generators.

Recalled Product: G1700 Generator, product number RAS170xxxxx, serial number #3000003 - 3000688,#3010003 - 3021505, #6000001 - 6017296, #8000001 - 8004382 and manufactured from September 2003 through February 2009.

Return: Consumers should stop using these generators immediately and contact Makita Canada Inc.
