Flexible Hose
Makita Canada is also recalling items 191A80-4 600 mm flexible hose (UPC 0 88381 55851 8); 191W59-7 600 mm flexible hose (UPC 0 88381 58534 7) and 191W58-9 1200 mm flexible hose (UPC 0 88381 58533 0).
The flexible hoses have a black rubber body with a silver threaded coupling on one end and a silver adapter on the other end.
The length of items 191A80-4 & 191W59-7 is 600 millimetres in length and item 191W68-9 is 1200 millimetres in length. The hoses do not have serial numbers.
