Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Specialist is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of product training programs for Makita Canada employees, channel partners and end-users.

The individual will collaborate with our product managers and deliver product support. They will implement and maintain product certifications with relevant agencies, in coordination with internal teams and legal counsel.
